| We have been coming to Great Bridge Service Center for years. They are honest and a pleasure to work with. They know what they are doing with the complex and the routine vehicle issues. If an item is wearing but has some service life and is not a safety item, they will give their honest opinion to replacement cost, estimate time to failure and what to expect at failure. They then let me make the choice when to replace. This is an excellent family run business using customer focused principles. |

| Although parking can sometimes be challenging, their inspector is quick, thorough, and fair. Dave is quite accommodating and their staff is always pleasant to work with. I'm not crazy about the annual requirement but GBSC makes it as nice an experience as possible. |
